What is Hypnosis?

Most people gain their perception of hypnosis from films or television programmes. Or perhaps they've seen a stage performer at a theatre or nightclub claiming they are using hypnotism to make their subjects do strange or 'hilarious' things. If that's the case for you, you'll be glad to know your experience of hypnosis in my therapy sessions is likely to pleasantly surprise and amaze you!

  • You do not go into an unconscious state like general anaesthetic. You are fully aware at all times (some people describe being even more aware than usual).
  • You are fully in control at all times and should you feel uncomfortable you are able to open your eyes and walk out of the therapy room.
  • You can't be made to do anything against your will or anything that conflicts with your usual beliefs or judgements.
  • You can't be made to give away secrets.

What you can do is use the resources you have within your mind and imagination to make the positive changes you want. My unique programme, which contains the latest cutting-edge techniques in hypnotherapy and N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), can allow you to experience change in a safe, supportive way.

Hypnosis makes it easy!
