How Long Does It Take?

It can vary from one person to another. Smoking cessation normally takes one 90 minute session, but this depends on the case history.

Issues such as anxiety, phobias, stress and confidence can effectively be dealt with in anywhere from three to five sessions (again depending on the case history). After I have cleared your problem I may need to introduce new positive skills and beliefs to your subconscious, but this can normally be achieved within the five sessions.

I offer this number of sessions as I prefer to give my clients greater and longer-lasting success. I feel this is more likely when you commit to a programme where further development and reinforcement can take place. Although you may see rapid improvement following the initial consultation, it is important to build confidence and consolidate the positive change you will experience. The first session is 90 minutes long and subsequent sessions no longer than 75 minutes.
